Disney has announced that a Kingdom Hearts anime based on the original game franchise is officially on the way. The announcement was made at the D23 Entertainment Showcase.
It’s coming to Disney Plus and The Disney Channel in the future, but not a lot of other info was announced, although we hopefully won’t have to wait long with a Kingdom Hearts panel taking place at D23 on Sunday morning at 9:30am AEST.
In other news, it was confirmed that Kingdom Hearts 4 is coming out in late 2027 and that Coco would be one of the worlds featured within the game.
