Sonic Mania released this week to the delight of retro gamers and thankfully Sega have put certain cheats in the game to make it feel even more like an old-school delight.
By inputting the below codes, you can access a Level Select menu and also a Debug Mode which will allow you to select characters as well as move around the level and place items all over the place. It’s got Mario Maker vibes about it and it’s definitely something that you should test out.
The easiest way to activate it is to Press and Hold the back button to return to the title screen and whilst coding that button press and hold Y (Nintendo Switch), Square (PS4) or X (Xbox One).
Once you get to the title screen, you can input the below prompts to access this secret menu.
For Nintendo Switch Hold Y Press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, left right, B, A
For Xbox Hold X Press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, left right A B
For PS4 Hold Square Press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, left right, X, O

For Nintendo Switch, you don't need to do the Konami Code.
As soon as you see the Red part, before the flashing to make the logo, hold Y
Then when you see "PRESS ANY BUTTON", hold B and A. It should work.
What about PC huh? You missed out the PC version. What are cheats for the PC version?
Hi I have a PS4 and I tried the chest and it didn't do anything can you show it working on the PS4 and Xbox cuz everyone who's talked about the code is on the switch.
