I’ll admit that 2020 has been a bit of a strange year on the whole but I still can’t quite believe I’m writing this. Yes, Kentucky Fried Chicken is taking a bite out of the tech industry with the apparent impending launch of the KFConsole.
The KFConsole doesn’t have a launch date or a price tag yet but we do have some intel on the specs of this bucket-shaped PC and admittedly, they’re finger-clickin‘ good.
I feel like the last point may require a little bit of an explanation. As well as some beefy hardware, the KFConsole features a dedicated space for you to keep your KFC toasty while gaming. As somebody that likes to keep their hardware meticulously clean, I can’t think of anything worse but KFC boast that this patentended Chicken Chamber utilises the PC’s airflow system, redirecting natural heat to your lunch while you focus on your K/D ratio.
We don’t know how many units are going into production at this stage or when they’ll be available but it’s reasonable to suspect that they’ll be pretty limited, if you’re sold on getting one. Either way, we’ll keep you updated here.
