A few weeks after releasing version 4.71, Sony has now released software update 4.72 for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro. Maximum stability is obviously imminent as the below patch notes don’t give a whole lot away.

They are being really cheeky about their updates. This update fixes problems with MMOs having to be re downloaded if an improper shutdown has occurred (like a power outage.) It happened with Desinty, and Final Fantasy XIV

The fact that they aren't even acknowledging that's what it's for but is a mandatory update makes you wonder about past FW releases that they give minimal input. Basically Sony breaking their Game Devs games. Maybe people should tell Sony they need to be more open about their updates. You'd think they'd learn after the hack that their customers would appreciate more honesty.
