Red Dead Redemption 2 Cheat Codes And How To Use Them

It’s time to party like it’s 1999 again.

Rockstar has continued their tradition of having cheats in Red Dead Redemption 2 and there’s some cool ones.

Our mates over at Somewhatawesome games have created a video that shows you how to find new cheat codes as well as use them in-game.

As he says in the video, you uncover cheat codes by buying newspapers and it looks as if you actually need to purchase each newspaper before inputting the code (inputting the code without doing so won’t work.

It’s also wroth noting that you can’t save your game once you’ve used cheats and achievements/trophies are disabled when cheats are active.

To use these cheats, you need to go into your Settings menu in game and hit Triangle on PS4 or Y on Xbox One. You can then enter the cheat codes below and unlock the cheats in the list one by one.

• Abundance is the dullest desire – Max Ammo
• Keep your dreams simple – Create Wagon
• A fool on command – Drunk
• I shall be better – Set Dead Eye Level 3

 

• You flourish before you die – Set Health, Stamina, and Dead Eye Bars to Full
• Would you be happier as a clown? – Create Circus Wagon
• Greed is American Virtue – Heavy Weapons
• You Seek More Than The World Offers – Fortify Health, Stamina and Dead Eye Bars
• Virtue Unearned is not virtue- Raises Honour rating

 

• Run! Run! Run! – Create race horse
• Better than my dog – Increase Horse Whistle Range
• I seek and I find – Set Dead Eye Level 5
• You Long for Sight but See Nothing – Fog of War
• The lucky be strong evermore – Infinite Stamina (you/horse)
• You are a beast built for war – Create War Horse

We’ll let you know if more pop up during our play through with the game, but it’s pretty damn awesome that Rockstar has included these as no doubt you’ll just want to mess about in the world from time to time.
