Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Zombies Mode Looks Spookier Than Ever

Treyarch has finally revealed the Zombies mode for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. In terms of things that are new, the Zombies mode will now contribute to your Battle Pass and you’re able to bring your loadout into the mode.

There’s now weapon rarities, field upgrades, tactical and support equipment and no-limit perks. You’ll also be reward by using the Exfil option to escape the map if you’re sure you won’t survive. This won’t get you as many rewards, but it’ll ensure you get to escape with some rewards in-tact.

In terms of the story, it’s the first episode of the Dark Aether story, “Die Maschine”: takes place in the early 1980s and paves the way for a completely unique Zombies experience. As part of Requiem, a CIA-backed international response team led by Grigori Weaver from the original Black Ops story, operatives explore a World War II bunker that hasn’t only been ravaged by time but by a horrific hoard of mutated undead.

For the first time in Call of Duty history, Zombies teams of up to four players can be formed across platforms and generations. Zombies is just one part of the full Black Ops Cold War experience, which is scheduled to launch on November 13th on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4/5, and PC via Battlenet.
