Motive held the latest Dead Space Remake stream earlier today, revealing a quite a lot about how they’ve tweaked the audio to make for a much more immersive experience. The videos revealed things such as how the team have tweaked gun sounds, how systems stop audio from playing over the top of each other and how spacial audio takes things to the next level.
Whilst you can watch those videos below, another huge piece of information that was revealed at the end of the stream was the fact that Dead Space is currently set to release in early 2023, so from sometime to January-March next year, which is probably where we expected.
Dead Space is set to launch on PS5, Xbox Series X and PC. It’s a game that I personally can’t wait to replay.
