PlayStation has revealed the August PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe games and whilst there are some good games on the list, unfortunately, there’s no classic games hitting the service this month. All of these games will be available to download on August 16th.
As far as a I can tell, this means that if you’re a PlayStation Plus Deluxe subscriber, then you’re not getting anything addition outside of the PlayStation Plus Extra subscription. It’s especially weird as the Italian PlayStation Blog had listed Dino Crisis, Ridge Racer 2 and Soul Calibur on PSP in last month’s lineup before removing them.
Just as a reminder, you can currently download the PlayStation Plus Essential games which includes the below:
When it comes to games worth playing, Metro Exodus, Bugsnax, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Trial of Mana and all of the Yakuza games are definitely worth playing. It’s worth mentioning that other Yakuza games have already been confirmed for the service and are coming later this year.
