Assassin’s Creed: Infinity Will Be A Hub For All Future Assassin’s Creed Games And Standalone Multiplayer

Alongside three new mainline Assassin’s Creed games as well as two new mobile Assassin’s Creed games that were announced, Ubisoft finally lifted the lid off the previously talked about Assassin’s Creed: Infinity.

Assassin’s Creed: Infinity will act as a hub for all future Assassin’s Creed games including Assassin’s Creed: Codename Hexe (Witchcraft) and Assassin’s Creed: Codename Red (Feudal Japan).

It was said that Assassin’s Creed: Infinity will be the single entry point for all things Assassin’s Creed, with players able to explore an animus to choose which experience they want to have.

Multiplayer was also mentioned too in the sense that it was said that the team were looking at how they can create standalone multiplayer Assassin’s Creed experiences that live within Assassin’s Creed: Infinity.

It didn’t sound like Assassin’s Creed: Mirage would be apart of Assassin’s Creed: Infinity, or at the very least, it didn’t seem like Infinity would be out by the time Mirage is out. More specifically on a timeline shown, Infinity was only listed alongside Project Hexe and Codename Red.
