PlayStation has announced the next game to only be getting the complete edition treatment, but also the next big first-party game to be coming to PC and it’s noneother than Horizon Forbidden West.
Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition will include the base game as well as the Burning Shores DLC as well as a digital soundtrack, digital art book and a bunch in-game items.
It will be a full-priced release and will release on PS5 on October 5th and in early 2024 for PC as well. The PC version is being developed by Nixxes who had previously developed Insomniac’s PC ports including Spider-Man: Remastered, Miles Morales and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
The PC version is available to wishlist on Steam and the Epic Game Store.
We gave Horizon Forbidden West a 10/10 in our review and said: “Horizon Forbidden West is an exceedingly clever sequel, a deep and addictive action RPG, a dense world that unfolds with an impeccable sense of pace, a visual tour de force and the masterful delivery of a promising concept. Somehow, by some sheer creative force a big, blockbuster open world game about post-apocalyptic tribal warriors with AR headsets fighting robot dinosaurs works even better the second time around. If you have access to a PlayStation you owe it to yourself to play this right away.”
