In what would be far from the first Grand Theft Auto 6 leak, a heap of new gameplay footage as well as the map for the game have seemingly leaked online.
Whilst it hasn’t yet been confirmed by Rockstar, a group called ‘CyberLeek’ have started leaking Grand Theft Auto 6 videos and details with demands on a website asking Rockstar and other publishers to release their games physically, or the leaks will continue.
Whilst we won’t link to the leaks in this article, the videos show protagonist Jason playing basketball outside his home, building stats, whilst the other show Jason driving a car and attacking an NPC. There’s a map of the game that is also present on the internet.
According to gaming insider NateTheHate2, this footage is from an older build of 12+ months and isn’t representative of final gameplay. Whilst none of this has been confirmed by Rockstar, Take-Two has been issuing takedowns across the internet for footage involved, and obviously there are concerns given the group leaking the materials are tied to cryptocurrency, but the group has threatened that it has at least 2-4 more pieces of media to leak in the coming hours.
In the meantime, our first official look at Grand Theft Auto 6 gameplay is just over a week away, coming to Netflx next Friday at the below times:
