IKEA has revealed its YXSTABY line which includes 9 items that have been designed by at least one person in IKEA and Xbox’s design teams respectively. These will release online and into stores on October 1st
There’s something for everyone with the Thumbstick stool and d-pad cushion being the most obvious pieces in the range, but there’s some highly thought out pieces too including the TV Stand which allows you to put a 55-inch TV to the front of the unit and hide all of your cables and controllers at the back, a really clever side table which completely closed, but has the ability to route your cables through to keep everything charged.
There’s also a really nice lounge chair with slight Xbox accents and room to store your controllers underneath and a monitor stand with room to store headphones/controllers as well. If you’re wanting something super understated there’s a d-pad controller platter as well which I absolutely love.
