Ubisoft has had a terrible track record when it comes to Assassin’s Creed games staying under wraps.
A few months ago, a screenshot leaked online along with the codename ‘Asassin’s Creed: Empire’.
Today, a Swiss retailer put up a product page for Assassin’s Creed: Empire suggesting that it will launch in the fourth quarter of this year. It’s no secret that retailers know about games quite a while before release, as we saw with Target leaking Shadow of War last month.

It’s also a no-brainer that we’re probably getting a new Assassin’s Creed game this year and that it will release in the fourth quarter.
I for one am excited to see Assassin’s Creed set in ancient Egypt.
