Games Coming Out In August 2025 That You Should Be Excited For

For a while now, Xbox’s philosophy has been to sell everywhere. As grating as it is for those pearl-clutching fanboys who long for the tough days of the console wars, the proof is in the pudding as their games have sold well on rival platforms.

With August upon us and with Helldivers II, the powerhouse PVE game that sold like hotcakes for PlayStation last year, coming to Xbox, it might be a sign of the slightest of paradigm shifts. I do not doubt that Gears of War landing on PlayStation on the same date likely softens the blow; however, I expect it’ll be a fruitful month for all involved.

With that said, I dub it the month for sharing. Let’s take at all of the games coming in August.
