Telstra is having major issues across Australia when it comes to people using both iMessage and FaceTime.
Listed on both their website and social media pages, Telstra urged customers to turn off their iMessage if they were having trouble sending messages, instead opting to send a regular text message.
“Apple iMessage – Some customers may be experiencing an issue with Apple iMessage and Facetime. Customers continue to have the option to send SMS messages. We are aware of the issue and we are looking into it, and will provide an update as soon as possible”
