The Witcher fans who’re desperate for more adventures and exploits with Henry Cavill’s disarmingly-handsome Geralt of Rivia will be excited to know that production on the third season of the hugely successful Netflix adaptation is well underway.
The show’s official Twitter account recently shared a behind-the-scenes cast photo alongside confirmation that production had begun, including a quick summary on what fans can expect from the new season’s narrative.
That was a couple of weeks ago, but the account has also more recently shared the first look at some of the new cast coming on board to play some iconic characters from Witcher lore. Interestingly, though three of the new characters appear in established Witcher material the character of Gallatin (played by Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City’s Robbie Amell) appears to be entirely new. Fans of the video game adaptations should recognise Radovid as played by Fleabag’s Hugh Skinner.
