SEGA has tonight announced the SEGA Mega Drive Mini 2 and it will include 50 games including Sega CD games, arcade ports, unreleased games and mysterious new work. The console is set to release on October 27th in Japan for roughly $105 AUD, but a release in Australia has not yet been confirmed.
So far, 10 of the 50 games have been revealed and they include:
This follows in the footsteps of the original SEGA Mega Drive Mini which released in 2019 and included 42 games including ports of unreleased titles. The console was set to be a big hit in Japan.
It appears that a number of other SEGA Mega Drive Mini accessories are releasing too including an adaptor for the original and some kind of tower.
