The emails have started arriving with physical cards and a gift on the way to those that made that cut. The email reads:

If you opted in for a shiny new physical Level V Card and welcome/anniversary gift, these will be available to collect from the preferred store you provided later this year. In the meantime, your account has been upgraded to Level V and a digital card is available in your EB World Account for immediate use instore and online.”
