Nintendo dropped the bombshell of all bombshells at today’s Direct presentation, revealing that the Square Enix SNES classic Super Mario RPG is getting a remake on Nintendo Switch.
Originally released only in Japan and the US for the Super Nintendo, it’s a seemingly quite faithful remake that looks to be retaining the same overall gameplay and visual style as its forebear, only rendered in 3D for an adorable effect.
