For those playing at home, that means pre-orders will go live at approximately 3:30 AM AEDT. For other time zones, that’ll be roughly 12:30 AM in Perth, 3:00 AM in Adelaide, and 2:30 AM for Brisbane.
It would appear that Business Wire has posted the official press release for the Nintendo Switch 2, which covers an exhaustive amount of things regarding the console’s reveal, which took place in the early hours this morning.
Although we’re expecting to get official dates and pricing from local retailers momentarily, the available press information seems to suggest pre-orders for the console are expected to go live on April 9th, 2025 in the US, meaning it’s entirely likely pre-orders will open locally on April 10th.
