It was a blink and you’ll miss it moment during last night’s Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, but Team Cherry reconfirmed that the long anticipated game is still coming out this year.
The briefest few seconds of the game was shown off during Nintendo’s partner sizzle reel, which showcased some of the upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch 2, which launches June 5th this year.
Clearly, anticipation for Hollow Knight: Silksong is at a fever pitch, and any glimpse of it, no matter how small, is sure to draw eyeballs. Beyond this small snippet, there’s sadly no further information about the release of Silksong, outside of the fact it’s seemingly reconfirmed for this year.
