Prolific Nintendo insider Nate The Hat has dropped a bunch of info about what’s on the way for Nintendo for the rest of 2026.

It’s said that Nintendo will be depending a lot on third-party software in 2026 with no major direct planned until June 2026, and there seemingly won’t be a new 3D Mario game in 2026 either, although there is a lot to be excited about.

The big titles are set to be a new Star Fox game (which makes sense given he’s going to be in the Super Mario Galaxy movie). This is set to be a classic Starfox game with online multiplayer and stunning visuals.

The other one is going to excite a lot of people and it’s a Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake launching in the second half of the year, although the scope and size of this remake isn’t known.

Outside of that, it’s said that some kind of Switch Sports game will be releasing (unclear if a Switch 2 Edition of the game or something new) as well as originally announced Splatoon Raiders, Fire Emblem and Rhythm Heaven games will also be releasing.
