Nintendo announced Star Fox, a remake of Star Fox 64 releasing on the Nintendo Switch 2 on June 25th, and as the second game to feature the new Nintendo dynamic pricing, it comes in at a cheaper price than other Nintendo Switch 2 games.
EB Games currently have the game listed for $99.95 which we can assume is the physical RRP, whilst JB Hi-FI has already dropped that to $89.
On the Nintendo Switch eShop, you can grab it for $84.95 which is a $15 drop from the RRP which is consistent so far with other Switch 2 games since Nintendo announced physical would be cheaper.
In comparison to Yoshi, it’s a $10 drop both digitally and physically, showing Nintendo’s new dynamic pricing at full play.
The core game itself is quite faithful to the original but there’s a bunch of new modes including a battle mode, a new co-op mode where one person controls the Arwing and the other controls shooting. You’ll also be able to use a Nintendo 64 controller to play the game as well which will result in a more faithful experience.
