Get Alan Wake Before It’s Too Late

Finnish developer Remedy Games have announced that Alan Wake is being removed from digital stores on May 15 due to expiring musical licenses.

If you’ve previously bought the game, you’ll still be able to access it through your purchase library and, of course, physical copies will still work as normal. Alan Wake is an episodic quirky and dark survival-horror game that borrows from the odd nature of TV series like Twin Peaks and The Twilight Zone. I can’t recommend it enough.

You’re able to purchase the entire Alan Wake experience on Steam, with a lovely 90% discount to boot.

Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, the spin-off title released in 2012, won’t be affected by the expiring licenses and will remain available after Alan Wake’s departure.
