EA has released a brand new Battlefield V teaser to wet people’s whistles ahead of the game’s full reveal later in the week.
Though it’s short and doesn’t really appear to show much beyond a concerned comrade trying to shush us as screams and gunfire ring out, eagle-eyed viewers have pointed out that both the Union Jack and Germany’s Balkenkreuz symbol can both be seen in the game’s HUD, perhaps hinting that Battlefield V is set during World War II.
This is in line with rumours that suggested the newest Battlefield would follow in Call of Duty’s footsteps from last year.
The full reveal for Battlefield V will take place on May 24 at 6am where we’ll likely learn more about the game’s setting.
