The Cult of the Lamb has enjoyed nearly immeasurable success since its launch a few years ago, with the action-adventure and management sim hybrid game going from strength to strength. Announced during the Opening Night Live showcase this morning, Woolhaven is the game’s next content drop, and it’s a full-length expansion coming next year.
Elemental effects are seemingly being introduced to the game as you’re tasked with keeping your cult safe from blights like frostbite and famine in a new, harsh, and freezing environment.
Along with two new dungeons and waves of new enemies to take down, Woolhaven also introduces ranching, where you’re able to breed rare beasts that can be ridden and relieved of their wool to strengthen the survival efforts of the cult.
Cult of the Lamb: Woolhaven will be available on all of the original game’s platforms when it launches.
