Following the reveal of the extended gameplay trailer for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Insomniac has now confirmed in an interview with Famitsu that the game will have two display modes.
Whilst the PS3 versions of the game stuck to 30 FPS in order to have the best graphics, Rift Apart will have a 4K/30FPS mode as well as 60 FPS mode which will run at a lower resolution. Other PS5 games that we know have a performance mode include Demon Souls, Astro Bot and Spider-Man Miles Morales.
In another interview with Gamesradar, we got more information about the haptic feedback of the DualSense controller including the fact that we’ll get to feel rail grinding and swinging. It’s also looking like the Female Lombax is Ratchet from another dimension.
Ratchet and Clank: A Rift Apart is launching exclusively for PS5 in the launch window.
