We have heard from multiple readers who were able to pre-order consoles today that more PS5 stock is landing at JB Hi-Fi stores later this week (likely Thursday). This means that at some stores (those that don’t have waiting lists) you’ll be able to go in and pre-order a console for pickup later this week.
If you have been told by your store recently that they have long EOI or waiting lists, then do not bother contacting them again as they would still be working through those. As far as we know this shipment is bigger than the last, but still not enough to cover waiting lists at a lot of stores.
We can’t overstate that whilst some stores will have stock available for walk-in pre-orders, a lot won’t so please do not contact your store if you’ve been told that they have lengthy waiting lists.
Amazon will likely go live at some point throughout this week. You can find the links for both consoles below and you’d be wise to keep an eye on them.
