It was only a week ago that we got confirmation that the long-rumoured GTA remasters were real with the announcement of the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy – Definitive Edition, but we’re now already seeing the first info leak from the games.
Spotted by VGC, a user on GTA Forums posted the full achievements lists for the three games in the trilogy. The achievements look to be about what you’d expect, rewarding players for progression through the each game’s story as well as performing a series of feats and completing optional content. Earlier, the same user had also posted the icons for each achievement, which line up perfectly with this new information.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will be releasing on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC later this year. We don’t have a release date yet, but Rockstar says it’ll share more information soon. A mobile version will also release in 2022.
The collection will include Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, with all three games featuring across the board upgrades including graphical improvements and gameplay enhancements for all three titles whilst maintaining the look and feel of the originals.
