Capcom has today announced that Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 7 are coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X later this year with free upgrades for those that purchased the games on PS4/Xbox One.
All three games will include ray-tracing, higher frame rates and 3D audio. The PS5 versions of these games will feature DualSense support including support for haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. We’d expect the next-gen versions of these games to be similar to that of Resident Evil Village.
Upgrade patches for all three games will also be released for PC players at no additional cost when the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions launch!
