Konami has revealed that Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 will be getting a PS4 release alongside its already-announced PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch and PC versions.
The company says the move is in response to the “many requests” it received from fans across the globe, and so it’ll be releasing the game digitally on PS4 with further details to be announced in the future.
The post sharing the news doesn’t specify whether the PS4 version of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 will launch on the same October 24th release date as the other platforms, but given it’s being pumped out as a digital-only release it could very well be that Konami intends to get it out there on parity.
