The price of the DualSense controller has always fluctuated based on what type it is, with the original white/black models costing $109.95 since the PS5 came out and the most recently released Astro Bot controller (as well as a bunch of other limited edition colours) costing $124.95.
As of today, the cheapest DualSense controller got a little more expensive with a bunch of other special edition colours also going up in price.
The white and black DualSense controllers will now cost $119.95 in Australia ($10 increase), whilst the Cobalt Blue, Volcanic Red and Sterling Silver DualSense controllers will now cost $124.95 ($5 increase).

The new prices have already kicked in at EB Games and JB Hi-Fi, but Amazon still has the older prices in stock at the below links:

- DualSense Controller (Black) – $109 (soon to be $120)
- DualSense Controller (Volcanic Red) – $118 (soon to be $125)
- DualSense Controller (Sterling Silver) – $114 (soon to be $125)
- DualSense Controller (Cobalt Blue) – $100 (soon to be $125)
It’s going to be an interesting few weeks for PlayStation with the rumoured PS5 Pro set to be revealed in the first half of September (which doesn’t leave a whole lot of time). We got our first official tease of the console in the 30th anniversary graphic late last week.
