  • Hahahahahhaa, Ryse. MS firmly scraping the barrel of its awful library
again in April. Combine that with Knack on PS Now and Xbox fanboys can
finally enjoy launch trash three years later.

  • Ryse is the game that most people that never played it final get to play and they are blown away. The gaming media tried so hard to tank that game it was sickening. I would love to see an article of someone that just played Ryse now after they avoided it because of reviews and the negativity surrounding it. I loved the combat. I am an older am gamer and I dont really care for big long button sequences to pull off attacks.... Ryse made it simple yet very rewarding to set up executions. I got a point were I was setting up groups and killing everybody in double executions. I would buy a part 2 in a heart beat.

The other game I never played so I welcome them. I have only heard good things about them.

    • Ryse sucked then, it sucks now. The funniest thing about this gen is watching Xbox fanboys try and convince themselves this joke is some kind of "underrated gem."

      • You crazy as Fuck..... Ryse was great. Combat was fluent and gruesome specialty executions and double executions all looked stunning. The story was good cool boss battles. All the complaints was bullshit and y flaw the bias gaming media could name I could show the same thing in other game they told you ponies to deep throat.

        • Hahaha, that failed Kinect abortion and QTE extravaganza. Ripping that game apart up to launch was fantastic banter. Damn near killed Crytek, which is still on life support, no wonder third parties like them and Remedy ran a mile. The fact you're still in denial about it and still trying to talk it up indicts the Xbone's appalling library.

          • Are you trying to convince me that I didnt enjoy the game. Crytek screwed themselves Ryse 2 is easily the most anticipated products they could make. I will admit all the Ponies and negative bias media definitely hurt Ryse's adoption rate and success out the gate but a good game is a good game and the more people that play it like it than those that dont. Same thing with Remedy and Quantum Break. QB is a milestone in gaming.... I dont know what will become of it but when it hots GWG or Game Pass the masses that dont realize the gaming media is bias and full of crap they will learn.

Thats why Game pass is such an important product. It has the potential to eliminate the affects the bias media has on gaming.

          • I don't care what you had to tell yourself about that awful lineup, Edanus. Fact is Ryse, along with Quantum Break and Sunset Overdrive and those few other games you got, all ended up forgotten mediocrity. No amount of subscription services for old games will ever change that, just like it didn't for Mass Effect.

          • They clearly arent forgotten since we are still talking about them..... and the subscription service is for something much different than reviving old games. Its beyond your pony brain. Go back to playing your one off non competitive games with no dedicated servers.

          • You're still talking about them because you have nothing else. Pretty sad to see them showing up in the UK charts because they have to given away with bundles to clear stock because no one wants them. Go cough up for some more rip-off subscription services, pretty soon all the baubles you'll feel duty-bound to pay for will cost more than the console.

Go back to begging Uncle Phil for a handout.
