We knew it was coming eventually, but during all of the bustle of the Gamescom 2023 festivities and through a bevy of other announcements, Xbox has decided to shadow drop the console version of Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition.
Available now on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, and included with Xbox Game Pass subscriptions, Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition features a console-specific user interface with native controller inputs as well as keyboard and mouse support, and features 35 missions across four distinct campaigns – as well as PvP and PvE online multiplayer modes.
