Xbox has dropped its latest Free Play Days line-up for this weekend and it’s a special one, because it’s the first iteration of the promotion to introduce the idea of Timed Trial games that players can access without an Xbox Game Pass subscription.
While Xbox Game Pass Core and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to access a refreshed rotation of games that this weekend includes NBA 2K24, Lawn Mowing Simulator and Hokko Life, there’s also the addition of Activision Blizzard‘s Diablo IV as a completely free trial for all Xbox users regardless of subscription status.
Diablo IV will be available to play for up to 10 hours total over the Free Play Days weekend, and anyone who buys it after the fact will be able to keep their progress – and get 25% off of the game up until November 1st.
The Xbox Free Play Days weekend runs from Thursday, October 19th at 6:01PM AEDT until Monday, October 23rd at 5:59PM AEDT, and you can find the games below:
