Earlier this week PlayStation announced an Astro Bot PS5 console bundle, as of today it’s officially available in stores and it’s actually a decent deal when you break it down.
The Digital console which includes a digital copy of Astro Bot (worth $110 on the PlayStation Store) is currently available for $579 at JB Hi-Fi which is cheaper than what the standard PS5 Digital is available for, and if you discount Astro Bot that takes it down to $469 which is pretty damn good for a PS5.
Similarly, the Disc console which also includes a digital copy of Astro Bot is available for $679 which again is the same price as the PS5 Slim without the game, so you’re essentially getting $110 of value for the same price.
Obviously it would have been nice for them to include the Astro Bot controller or something else that represented everyone’s favourite PlayStation hero, but it’s still a decent deal if you’re yet to buy a PS5 and also want to play Astro Bot (and you absolutely should).
