PlayStation has today announced that it is continuing its PlayStation 30th Anniversary celebrations by releasing a bunch of new products.
The first is a hard-cover book titled ‘PlayStation: The First 30 years’ with 400 pages of PlayStation goodness with a visual journey through PlayStation’s history with never before seen prototypes, concept sketches and design models. At the time of writing, it can be pre-ordered HERE and will release in 2026.
The one I’m personally keen on are the PlayStation x Reebok 30th Anniversary sneakers which come with unique, limited edition packaging that mimics the console’s original launch design. There’s three different sneakers which will differ based on region.
the InstaPump Fury 94 for Japan, Pump Omni Zone II for the U.S. and the Workout Plus, for the United Kingdom. There’s loads of little details on them including the little PlayStation controller connector for the laces tie.
At the time of writing, it’s unclear if these will come to Australia given the locations that have been listed on the PlayStation Blog, but we’ll let you know if this changes.
