After a hard fought three days, Australia have won their play-off against Japan to make it to the Overwatch World Cup Finals which will take place at Blizzcon later this year.
After winning 2 out of 3 matches in their group, Australia took out Japan in the play-offs to join the final 8 teams (four of which are still to be decided).
It’s an absolute amazing effort for Australia. They’ve performed out of their skin over the last three days and finished strongly in tonight’s match. It was an amazing atmosphere in the Sydney arena with our signature Aussie, Aussie Aussie erupting in the arena several times throughout their match.
