Throughout the week, various members of Naughty Dog, developers behind this year’s gaming sensation “The Last of Us” have been teasing a DLC reveal for tomorrow. Upon release Naughty Dog made it quite clear that there will be future DLC to follow some multiplayer based and one extra piece of single player content to add to the already fantastic story.
Being billed for an announcement date of 26/9/13 (which is tomorrow for America) the world certainly has been in suspense for the upcoming announcement. A tweet from Creative Director, Neil Druckmann goes on to say. “It’s almost here. What are you doing to prepare? #OutbreakDay”. What also featured with this tweet is the following image.
Talented voice actor Troy Baker has also taken to twitter to tease the announcement saying “Where will you be when on #OutbreakDay ? Tomorrow, @Naughty_Dog will tell us how we can survive.” Which the above photo also was also attached.
No matter what it certainly seems we will be certainly waking up to some eagerly anticipated news on “The Last of Us” an amazing game which at Press-Start achieved a perfect score. What remains to be seen is what actually Outbreak Day is, an extension to the terrific single player or another multiplayer add on.
