As suspected, an Animal Crossing title was announced at Nintendo’s E3 Digital Press Event this morning. As not expected, so was a second one.
Perhaps of the most interest is Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival, a Wii U game where the name speaks for itself. It is a part-style Animal Crossing game, not unlike Mario Party, where Animal Crossing characters move around a virtual play-board and complete mini-games, obviously with a unique Animal Crossing flare. Amiibos will obviously be releasing alongside the game when it comes out later this year in the Holiday season.
The second was Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer for the 3DS, a more traditional Animal Crossing game due for release rather soon on September 25th, 2015.
