Last night saw the 2023 edition of the Australian Game Developer Awards (AGDAs), which celebrated achievements in a number of categories from games produced by Australian developers and development teams.
The star of the night was Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Music, which took out three awards included the coveted Game of the Year along with Excellence in Accessibility and Excellence in Music. The folks at Melbourne’s own Summerfall Studios took to the stage en masse to accept the highest honour including director Liam Esler, and writer David Gaider of Dragon Age fame.
