DreamHack Melbourne 2024 Early Bird Tickets Are On Sale Now

Update 14/3: Early bird tickets for this year’s DreamHack Melbourne are on sale right now. You can grab a three-day pass at a discounted price of $50 while they last, which is a banger of a deal at almost half the regular price.

If you’re keen to get around a full weekend of gaming fun, make sure you head here and grab yours as soon as you’re able.

Here’s what each ticket type entails:

3-Day Festival Pass – $99 ($50 for early birds)

Full festival access across all three days.

3-Day BYOC LAN Pass – $180

Full festival access across all three days, plus a reserved spot to compete in the DreamHack Melbourne BYOC LAN and a collectible lanyard and badge.

ESL Challenger “Row F” Upgrade – additional $70

Either of the above plus early access to arena doors for ESL Challenger Melbourne, an ESL Challenger x DreamHack goodie bag and a collectible lanyard and badge.


Original Story 13/3: Early bird tickets for DreamHack Melbourne will finally go on sale this week, ahead of the festival kicking off from April 26th to April 28th at Melbourne Park.

Festival passes will go on sale starting Thursday March 14th at 4PM AEDT, so folks can secure access to one of the most rapidly-growing gaming events in Australia which will once again feature tons of eSports arena action as well as cosplay competitions including a new ECG Qualifier offering qualification into the international Extreme Cosplay Gathering competition hosted in Europe, the return of Artist Alley, a BYOC LAN, gaming and tech expo and heaps more.

Three-day passes will be available via Ticketek from $99 ($50 for a limited time for early birds) for a standard pass, as well as additional offerings with the below added benefits:

In addition to ticket news, DreamHack has also announced it’s secured a deal with Visit Victoria, TEG Live, and ESL FACEIT to have the city host the event for the next five years, cementing Melbourne’s reputation as a hub for cultural events and especially in the gaming sphere.

“We’re thrilled to secure DreamHack in Melbourne for the next five years because it brings tens of thousands of gaming and esports fans from around the world into the city to enjoy our unique hospitality, energy and atmosphere,” said Minister for Tourism, Sport and Major Events, Steve Dimopoulos, in an accompanying press release.

“DreamHack is a global digital games brand and is another addition to our blockbuster calendar of major events for Victoria in the coming years.”
