The Tetris 99 Grand Prix was announced for the Americas yesterday, but Nintendo Australia has confirmed that the event will also come to Australia.
The top 99 players that get the most wins during the below period will each win 999 Gold Nintendo points (worth $9.99 in the Nintendo eShop.).
Basically, all you need to do is play Tetris 99 (and win loads of times) between 12:00am AEDT on Saturday the 9th of March until 5:59pm AEDT on Monday the 11th of March.
