Nintendo has just stealth dropped an announcement for a brand new Paper Mario game. It’s called Paper Mario: The Origami King and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch on July 17th.
The game sees Mario and a brand new partner called Olivia as they team up with unlikely characters such as Bowser and the Toads to battle evil folded soldiers.
In the game, Mario has an 1,000 Fold Arm ability which allows him to solve puzzles as well as in battle. The game will feature a new dynamic combat system, but it appears as though it will be turn based just like previous Paper Mario games.
