Following Amazon’s listing of Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, they have now listed The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for Nintendo Switch.
The listing was spotted by Wario64. Skyward Sword feels like a game that would equally feel weird for Nintendo to port, but it is a game that a lot of people wouldn’t have played on the Wii. The Legend of Zelda Director Eiji Aonouma has actually hinted at the game making a return before.

The game was controversial at the time of release due to the fact that it did rely heavily on motion controls, so it’d probably need a bit of work to bring it over to Switch, but in terms of the gameplay, it actually did quite a lot of new things for the Zelda franchise, and with Breath of the Wild selling a ridiculous amount of copies, it might be a good bridging game until Breath of the Wild 2 makes its way to shelves.
We still don’t know a whole lot about Nintendo Switch games of the future outside of Pikmin: Deluxe Edition. We’ll keep you posted as we hear more about it.
