Nintendo has confirmed that Nintendo 64 games are coming to Nintendo Switch Online complete with online support. It’s also been confirmed that these games will be apart of a new membership plan (likely to cost more) that also includes Sega Genesis.
We don’t have pricing for this extra tier at this moment.
At launch in late October, we will see:

- Mario Kart 64
- Lylat Wars
- Yoshi’s Story
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
- Dr. Mario 64
- Mario Tennis
- Operation Winback
- Sin and Punishment
Coming to the service in the months post-launch include:
- The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask
- Pokemon Snap
- Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
- Mario Golf
- Paper Mario
- F-Zero X
- Banjo-Kazooie
Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis controllers will also release later this year. They’ll cost $49.99USD each, which is more than the NES/SNES controllers. We’ll let you know when we have local pricing.
When it comes to Sega Genesis games, we’ll get to play Ecco the Dolphin, Sonic 2, Streets of Rage 2, Golden Axe, Castlevania: Bloodlines, and more at launch.
