As always, it’s been rumoured, and Nintendo has just confirmed it. A Nintendo Direct will be happening on Thursday this week. This is a proper traditional format Nintendo Direct and not a mini or a partner showcase, which should make for some good announcements. It will last 40 minutes and will “mostly” focus on games coming to Nintendo Switch in the first half of 2023.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE FEBRUARY 2023 NINTENDO DIRECT
Nice try! We don’t really know. For the past four years though I feel like I pretend that we might see ports of Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Metroid Prime at some point but I am doubtful these projects even exist anymore. A broken clock is right twice a day, right? But real talk – I really don’t know. I’d imagine if there were a time to show off Tears of the Kingdom, or even announce a limited edition SKU or console, this would be the time to do it. But we will just have to wait and see.
