This morning, Nintendo announced that Pokémon Sleep would finally be making its way to mobile devices this year, alongside a new sleep-tracking companion device that also doubles as a new version of the Pokémon Go Plus.
Somewhat ridiculously dubbed the Pokémon Go Plus + (pronounced Plus Plus), it not only works as a sleep tracking device compatible with Pokémon Sleep, where a trapped Pikachu will sing you lullabies and give you steadily-unlocking new alarm tones, but it’s also compatible with Pokémon Go for spinning PokéStops, throwing regular Pokéballs as well as Great Balls and Ultra Balls.
While Nintendo didn’t give a firm release date for Pokémon Sleep in its presentation, we now know that the Pokémon Go Plus + is landing on Aussie shores on July 14th this year, with local retailers opening pre-orders. You can secure yours below:
