Limited Run Games has announced that the Gex Trilogy will release on June 16th for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC on June 16th before a bunch of physical editions release later this year.
The Gex Trilogy contains all three games in the Gex series from PS1 and they run on Limited Run’s Carbon Engine and adds save state and rewinds options as well as new widescreen support for the second and third games.
For those feeling super nostalgic, there’s also a music player, a media player and a new video interview.
Limited Run games is also releasing a Collector’s Edition for the game which includes a physical copy, a retro box, a big box with art by Yoshitaka Amano, trading cards, a 36-inch inflatable Gex doll, a 7-inch statue, a remote pin, a steelbook and a revsersible cover.
This will be available to pre-order on Limited Run Games from tomorrow for $200 USD (~$330 AUD).
