WA EB Games Midnight Launches Are Returning For The Nintendo Switch 2 In A 20 Year First

For the first time in over 20 years, Western Australian EB Games stores are set to open for Midnight Launches for the Nintendo Switch 2 next week.

As featured on the Westfield Carousel website, the EB Games store is set to open from 9pm with WA customers able to pick their Nintendo Switch 2 up at midnight. “Preorder your Switch 2 with EB Games and join us for a night of fun Come hang out from 9pm Wednesday 4 June for the release at midnight”. We can also confirm that the below WA stores are set to open at 9pm on Wednesday night for a Midnight launch as well:

it’s great news that WA is able to get in on the excitement, as WA has missed out on midnight launches since 2004. As a reminder, anyone can attend Midnight launches, but in order to be first in and first out, you need a Fast Pass meaning that you have to have paid off your Switch 2 pre-order or be an EB World Plus member, otherwise you have to wait until all of those with a Fast Pass have been through.
